So I just put a deposit only my account and this Friday my paycheck is going to be a live check. I have a question about what to do next. I will be filing Wisconsin Chapter 128 to consolidate my payday loans but I am wondering should I contact my payday loan lender letting them know that this is what I am doing and that my trustee should be contacting them soon. And should I also send them a C & D letter? I will not default on them until Friday. Let me know what you all think I should do.
Thanks

I don't know anything about that, but i'm sure someone will come along, also, maybe you should try posting this in the bankruptcy forum, just a thought

Chapter 128 is not bankruptcy; it is a state recognized consolidation program.

Ask the trustee?
They either didn't have this program when I lived in WI or I was completely unaware of it, but good for you for going that route!

Does anyone else know what I should do? I have yet to file any paperwork because I not had the free money to pay the intial deposit. Should I send each one a letter?

Well if they were storefront lenders they will put your check through if you do not show up on Friday. What I would do is contact the storefronts and let them know what you are going to do. If you have been a customer there for awhile they should know you and your payment history and they can't really do anything because it is a state program. If you have on-line lenders then I wouldn't worry about them.
