I didn't say she spent it on crack, I just listed some possibilities that the money could be spent on that would appeal to someone intensely addicted to instant gratification (as demonstrated by behavior stated in her original post). I should be blocked for showing an opposing viewpoint? I'm glad you people are open minded

Wow, I didn't read any of this ...but I am now.
All of my loan paperwork states my residence in the state of New York City. My driver's license is also from NEW YORK.My company address is in New York City. My bank routing number is attached to my branch..IN NEW YORK CITY.
Yes, my rims must be blinging. Yo.
So I shouldn't be allowed to put a stop on all of these transactions on my account because I should be "responsible" but these loans are certainly allowed to operate illegally in my state? I have more than paid for all of them in fees. If it was so "irresponsible" then the law wouldn't protect us from this.
So you can kindly kiss my tush.

Joseph, it is not nice to insult the people that are posting on this site. However let me answer your question, when you fill out the application on line you have to put what state you live in. Most of these sites do have a tracking system where they know where your computer is located. Most of these companies are operating illegally in the US anyway, let along in the states where payday lending is illegal . The site always will tell people to pay the orginial amount borrowed from the payday lender, but if they can not or will not provide a mailing address to the customer then they can not get their money.
Please keep this in mind when you respond in the future.
