Do you think this would be fine as well instead of faxing them andmail them out when i can next wk.
what would you say to this,
Oh also now that my acct is closed, should i NOT speak with them on the phone for any reason, and what if they contact my references even though i send the letter not to.

That would be fine, I emailed as many of mine as I could. I wouldn't speak to the, some will try to drag you into comversations and just get you worked up. It is better to do everything by email or writing so you have a trail.

Some of the companies may try to contact your references. You can tell them as much as you like, or let them know you are having a problem with identity theft or something that way they are prepared in case they get a call.

i emailed them all, and barley spoke to any of mine. i didnt send letters because i wanted it to get to them fast. i was scared to fax because i didn't want them to fax me anything back at work, so it's your call.

thank you again, i think i may see what email addresses i can find. I dont have anymore payments coming out till the 29th, but i guess i shoud put a rush on this.

I am looking into sending a letter to all of my illegal pdl i have through email(for the ones i have) BUT first should i contact the BBB and the other companies for complaints i know they are listed here somewhere. I do not have any of these due until the 29th, but i want these out asap!!

did you email them yet? i wouldn't email them until you have defaulted on your loan. if they get this before you get to the bank, they will try to debit your account. i was always told never to email them until you have defaulted.

No i have not emailed anyone yet, you think i should send out the emails after i have defaulted? my acct is already closed, i just dont look forward to their calls!! : (
A few of them are due on the 29th, im sure they will be calling then am i right?
I just want to do the right process, i want them all taken care of quickly!!
I had an arrangement with loan point usa and i was supposed to send money orders and i didnt and i havent heard from them, yet!! wonder if i should send them a letter or wait for them to contact me?? please help me in this process.
I also have arrangements with MTE(instantcashusa)they want me to pay 510 on a 300 loan and want 5 payments they took out one payment of 100 and will be trying again in a wk, I didnt like them whats so ever that Jamarr was horrible!!

Sobasically do NOT send out letters until i start hearing from them, i want to get this right. I just dont want the harrassing phone calls, im sure ill get them no matter what i do : (
Please let me know if i should start sending them out now before they are due to be late or wait until they contact me??!!
