i was scamed by jill spellmen her number is 8776270413, she claimed i would goto jail if i didnt pay, now i paid her 100.00, and i found out she isnt even with the payday loan company, she is a scammer. how do i get my money back now so i can pay the reall payday people?

we paid by debit card. by the time i called the bank the payment went though, we did run and go get police report and now desputing it with the bankthe police acted as if it happend 1000 times a day, they made there report and that was it. i want to drive to that person and stop her from doing this to alot more peolpe. these scammers are getting rich off of usi also contacted the bbb. there is over 18000 complants about this company, and why can they still do this?

you can also contact the FTC and the attorney general. i know it's a pain but maybe your sister should put a hard block on her account? or at least request a new debit card number. this is serious, payday loans cannot be trusted, even if it was the real company. please keep us posted and ask if you have further questions.
