I have 2 installments loans with First Bank of Delaware.Has anyone delt with them before?

I have one...through Think Cash. I am surprised they gave you two loans. I tried to get another one and they wouldnt let me.

I have one with them. I think from what I've read here that they are different from PDL's. Can someone verify that? Also do they still have to follow the rules of your state?

I know this for sure they are different than pdl's they are installment loans so they can do basically anything they want within the legal limits. Others will be along to guide you further.

At one point I had 3 of them provided by First Bank of Deleware at once!
I had one personal one directly given to me by them for $1500, then I had a second one with them through Check n'Go for $1500, and then finally, I had one for $1700 with them through ThinkCash.
Thankfully, since taking a second job, I managed to pay off the first two, but am still working on getting ThinkCash paid off and out of my life.

I HAVE HAD SEVERAL $1500 INSTALLMENT LOAN WITH FIRST BANK OF DELAWARE BEFORE AND HAVE PAID THEM OFF IN GOOD FAITH. JUST WANT TO KNOW WHY I AM UNALBE TO OBTAIN ANOTHER ONE

I had one through Check n' Go and paid the entire thing off with no late payments. I tried to get another but they are no longer affliated with Check n'Go so I am unable to get another one.
