Internet's first get-out-of-debt community - 140,000 members

It has been about two weeks of peace, no phone calls from either one. AIS did email saying they were marking my account with SGQ Ltd Cease and Desist (whatever that is suppose to mean, I did send them a C&D letter) but I am afraid this is the calm before the storm. I have three ipdl's that I am still working to resolve. Cash Advance Network, Paychecktoday.com and Eastside Lenders. ARM of Florida has the CAN and Paychecktoday accounts but I have not heard one word from Eastside Lenders. I owe CAN $120, Paychecktoday $30 and Eastside Lenders $30.

I did file complaints with everyone I could think of but I have not really heard anything from my AG's office or the AZ Department of Financial Institutions.

Should I just sit and wait or should I continue to email CAN and Paychecktoday.com requesting settlement?

I would sit back & wait...once they start contacting you again then I would send the emails back to t hem. If Arm contacts you, I would send a dv letter. I did and all they sent back to me was a copy of my contract with some info highlighted. I reported them to the CT Financial authority & found out they weren't licensed to collect in my state, it worked out really well...

Hi Dawnlango, I am sure happy for you that it turned out so well. I already know both collection companies are not licensed in AZ as well as the pdl's so maybe more is happening behind the scenes than I am aware of. Hopefully, I will never hear from them again.

When I log in to CAN and Paychecktoday.com the status says bureau, Eastside Lenders says collections.

I just want them out of my life, but its hard to deal with these ipdl's when they wont respond to emails.

Don't worry, it will get better. It took me a couple of months, but I will be pdl free in December...there is a light @ the end of the tunnel. If you ever need to vent let me know, I'm a great listener Very Happy

Thanks I just might take you up on your offer. Good for you, PDL free is certainly music to my ears, I cant wait until there gone. I am thinking it will take me until Spring, I am working on one at a time and when I think about how many I had, I guess I am doing good.

I am just going to back up Dawnlango. I have dealt with ARM and others regarding PDLs and I am pdl free after a year. I had 7, not quite as many as Dawn. Her advice is right on. It will get better!

I did not get into this mess overnight so I should not expect to get out of it quick. All my money right now is going toward EPP's and reloaning to keep them current. When I pay off one I move on to another. Friday I make the last payment on one of my Epp's and start payment on another. I barely have enough money to pay my bills but with each payoff I have a little more. I have two legal internet loans and 5 store fronts to go. My goal is to be finished by March. I know things will be much better down the road and I will finally have my life back. I am so tired of robbing Peter to pay Paul I want it overwith. I am committed to becoming pdl free once and for all.

Cashnet USA is paid off!!!! Cheers to me and everyone else who gave me encouragement. I started my EPP with Cash Central and also made arrangements to start an EPP with one of my store fronts. It will be tight but well worth it. I wont have any Christmas Money but there is more to the Holiday Season than gifts and the greatest present of all will be the gift of financial freedom, freeing myself and my family from these awful pdl companies so in essence it will be a great Holiday!!!!!!!!!!!!

How do you pay AIS if they won't accept any payment arrangement unless it is the full 320.00 which I only borrowed 200. They have my arrowhead investment payday loan account. So they just keep harassing me with the calls, but I am trying to pay biweekly and pay it off. This has been going on for two months now.

I sent them a C & D letter. I also informed them that I had overpaid SGQ LTD and that they were an unlicensed illegal pdl lending to Arizona residents. I also informed AIS they were not licensed to collect in AZ. As soon as they called me before I sent all of this to them I informed them due to the nature of their call I was recording it. They hung up fast!!!!
