I would NOT recommend online pdl loans, if you are desperate for a loan and absolutely have no other resource available, go to a store front lender, at least they are licensed. Make sure you will have the funds to pay it off at the end of the term, or do NOT borrow, as they WILL sue you in court if you default. Good luck!

Based on very painful personal experience, I would search high and low for alternatives to a PDL before going down this route. There is only one PDL that I know of that fits this description and it's one of the sleaziest, worst offshore outfits out there. If you hook up with an outfit like this, I promise you that they will first A. drain your bank account dry and B. make your life a living hell when you try and break the cycle. I know, it happened to me and many other people here.
We had a question of the month on alternatives to PDL's awhile back--and I suggest that perhaps you go to the thread and read the responses?
Good luck to you. Many people here have been where you are and we care.

I believe that you can try CheckNGo. I have not "shopped" them, but recall that they are not getting bank statements. It is not a guarantee, but a chance.

Like a few others have said...don't go to online payday lenders. Seriously...it may sound like a great short term solution for you but it's going to give you more problems than you can imagine. You mentioned in your original message that you owe United Cash money...I'm sure going to them was only supposed to be a short term solution too...and now you're in a position where you're asking for more. It's going to be a never ending cycle. Their fees are going to suck your back account dry and they'll keep taking until there isn't anything to take anymore...and then the phone calls will start demanding a huge payment.

Bottom line is...if a lender is willing to just give you money without qualifying you in the same way a regular LEGAL bank would...they're shady. They know you're in a desperate situation & unfortunately you're going to be at their mercy.

Go to anyone else for help but someone you find on the internet...family, friends or even ask your employer for some help. You'll be glad you did.

No one here will ever recommend a pay day lender to you ~ and if they do ~ 1. They aren't doing you any favors 2. They most likely respresent one of these shady companies.

Wish I could give some alternative solutions; are there any credit unions in your area, maybe a religious organization? I'd heard that some churches help out people and in return ask the people to donate their services at charity drives, feeding the homeless, etc. Might be worth checking around in your area to see if any programs like this exist. But as far as Payday loans? Please, please, PLEASE, look at some of the posts on this website and you will see that PDl's are NOT the solution. Most of us are speaking from personal experience and are working our way out of the PDL trap.

i did the pdl loan thing last christmas and it's still an awful mess.
i told you in another thread that we can't advise on that here - i really am sorry and i do understand. but at this point in my life, i rather skip christmas and feel that low than get in trouble with pdl.

Since you're in a state where PDL's are illegal, I would suggest that you get a second job. Based on the information that you have provided, I would assume that your are in a position that would not allow a traditional loan. Their are many avenues to take, but I would suggest contact a local temp agency to find a job that would give you an additional 4-6 hours a day outside of your FT job. There are even some agency's that do "day labor", where you get paid at the end of the day, each day.
