They put 200.00 in my account on 12/12/07 and they have taken 60.00 out of my account 5 times that is 300.00 i didn't ask for this loan and don't know who they are

Sounds like a payday loan company, did you apply for a payday loan at any time and then forget about it.

You will probably have to deal with you bank to have them stop taking money out of your account.

Different address. Not unusual. This pdl might be operating under different names. Not unusual. I also found phone numbers for them. I'm posting everything on here because eventually we're going to need all contact information to send these companies letters. So bear with me while I sit and post whatever I find!

We just found a deposit for $250 in our account. We have blocked this person from taking money out to force them to get ahold of us.

I've encountered these people and have not been able to get a hold of them. I don't remember them putting any money in my account but they keep taking out $45.00 sometimes $90.00 out of my paycheck. Are they scam artists? Or what the heck?

Len, you must have taken out a pay day loan. They go under so many different names they are sometimes hard to track. You said they take money out of yiur paycheck, did you mean out of your checking account?

They put in 150 in my checking. Never applied for anything with them. I closed the account they were debiting from and switched banks, so now they don't have my information any more. they Debited 45 so I guess I owe them (whoever they are) 105. But, I never asked for anything to begin with.........so what should I do?

This is a payday loan company. Their phone # 1-877-633-1100 and their fax# 1-866-840-4593. I have actually received a loan from them that I applied for and they debited it correctly from my account with no problems. You might also want to try phone # 1-866-287-9011 and fax# 1-866-202-4634, it is one of their affiliates.(VC Funding, Inc.) Good Luck!

I am dealing with them right now..this is the phone # I have from their emails.. 1-(800)496-8958 FAx 1-(800)496-3079 ..They will not give you an address cause they said they all kinds of business in the building so it is hard to give one out..which is a bunch of bull****..Look them up on the BBB website..you should read the complaints..
