I got this lovely e-mail from Kelly B from payday loan yes.:
In reference to your e-mail inquiry;
The state of North Carolina will have to contact us and let us know that we are no longer able to do business in that state. Until we are notified of this change, you still are obligated to the contract you signed for both loans. Please contact our Accounts Receivable department for anything further regarding your accounts. Again their direct phone number is 1-800-666-8107.

I e-mailed, faxed and mailed the letter with the state statues on it. What do I need to do?

I don't see how she can say NC has to tell them they can't do business in NC sinc the law states they are prohibited.....

Today I got the letter back from Payday Yes returned to sender address unknown unable to deliver. So I have to assume that they got the fax and e-mail.
