With regards to my loans. I have set up my account with T & C, and I faxed in my creditors list. I, however, cannot pay any money until Monday. This is my $195 start up fee. Several of these companies are telling me I have until thursday or friday to make my payments or I am going to court or legal. What should I do?

It is probably just a threat - How long ago did you default on those loans? If it's recent, then they will not be taking you to court anytime soon.

Then I would doubt they would be ready to take you to court. I would just tell them that you are working with a debt consolidation company, and give them T&C's contact info.

Yep, pay T & C their money and let them deal with these places. Don't worry about them anymore. T & C will handle them for you!!! They aren't going to do anything with the courts between now and Monday anyway so just ignore their calls between now and then if you can.

More than likely they are blowing smoke at you. I was told if I didn't pay by such and such I was going to court or legal. I once never talked to a lawyer but I did see a court date with one pdl (never went to court always continued when they received T&C checks). Just to let you know some pdl's places will have nothing to do with T&C and they will still call you after you told them to contact T&C. Most of the pdl's will cash T&C checks though and after a payment or two the calls will stop.

What PDL's should I be concerned about not working with T & C. T & C said they wouldn't have a problem working things out. What should I do?

T&C worked with all of mine, just some will not sign a prospal or call T&C. I had one pdl that mailed back a check and that was 1st Choice Payroll. The check was for $12 and 1st Choice said they wouldn't accept that payment.

I've been with them for 7 months and been very happy with them!

Im starting to get phone calls at work from a Laura Gomez. I dont know what company she is with because she never leaves any information on my voicemail except a phone number to call her back. Im scared to take her call because I dont have any money to pay back anyone yet. Should I just keep ignoring her because I did send the letter to all the pdl's not to call me. How much debt should someone have to use T & C?

What is the phone number they are leaving you? In regards with total debt that would be a question you would have to ask them, I don't have an answer for that.
