What if...

I wonder what would happen if we all took out loans from companies like MTE, immediately closed out bank accounts, and provided them with incorrect contact information. We could probably take them down once and for all, but I wonder what the ramifications would be.

I agree with Frog - That would be fraud.

I personally would not want to sink to their level . . . . .

see thats what this forum is about people doing the right and legal thing about PDLS not sinking to fraud---just trying one person/one state at a time getting these PDLs to either fly right or sink in the ocean...people sign in stating we should just fold up and pay these PDLs...but I sometimes feel like what Fedupwith PDL said but you have to bite the bullet and do the right thing.

lol Paul...The trolls are here for the entertainment.

Fedup--The best way to take them down is to keep informing everyone you can about the risks and consequences of getting stuck in the PDL trap. If no one loans from them, they will go away.

When I came here 2.5 years ago, it was hard to find info on becoming PDL free. Now, you hear about it on the news, read it in the papers, and it's all over the internet. Everywhere. It's only a matter of time. Smile

Touche Jessi! I am totally on board with your statement. One day at a time, one PDL at a time.
