Sounds like loan proceeds and they will probably start deducting payments on the following payday, can you contact your bank and get more detail on these transactions, tell them that you have no idea where the funds came from and would like to know what they recommend you do at this point. You may end up closing the account, but I would address it with your bank first.

make, you don't remember getting a pdl at all? Did you apply for any pdls? How long has it been since the money was deposited into your account? You can have them reverse the money back. However, the pdls now have your bank account information. You might want to reverse that money back to them and be done with them (well, probably still have to close your account). However, did you already spend the money though?

I shouldn't be held responsible for fees for money that I've never touched, never left the bank, if the bank reverses the funds can i also ask the bank to put a freeze on this company from accessing my account

the guest post was me i forgot to log on. they put the money in my account on march 13,2008 and i didn't check my account until march 15, 2008 and noticed that i had this credit to my account i refuse to pay 75.00 for 250.00 that is ridiculous, i refused this company offer and they keep emailing me, i deleted all emails when i saw there name on the subject line. i never e-signed any documents and if they say i did they are really not being honest. I really don't want to have to close my account but i can't afford for this company to take 75.00 of my hard earned money and i've never touched there money

Make normally these companies say you have 48 hours to contact them and request the loan be returned. Since it's passed that they are probably going to be looking for that $75 fee in addition to the principal. See if you can get their contact information, but they may not let you get away without the fee. Some banks can block them but, not completely and if its a checking account they may resort to demand draft checks that do not require a signature. The safest way to deal with this is to close that account. These pdl people can't be trusted. Check the information on closing your account under Special Topics in this forum first.

make, have your bank return those deposits, if possible. Get rid of it - give it back to them. Then, as annie posted, I would close the account. They have your bank information. See if you can get the bank to reverse those deposits back. Get that done and then ask the bank if you can open a completely different account. Now that these guys have your information, they do share your information with other pdls. There is no telling how many other pdls have your bank account info now. Scary thought!

Make, you have been give some really good advice by people who know how these companies work. I too was given a pdl that I did not apply for, but figureed it out too late. Please get with your bank and close that account before they can drain you dry.

I have other pdl's that are good with cashnet and fastwire i really don't want to close the account, but i think that if i call them when i get a new account and explain that i had fradulent activity and give them the correct information it should not be a problem, what do you think? and i never e-signed any documents for these companies that put the money into my account why would they take fees for something that i never acknowledged, i'm going to the bank in the morning and ask them to reverse the deposit, once that is done and I have paperwork on that i'm going to call this company and inquire about why were the funds deposited and i never gave the go ahead on any of this and if they continue to debit or credit my account then i will go to my local law agency and press fraud charges, do you think this is a good move?

make, the only problem I see, and someone will chime in with more information, is that if the pdls have your account information, you are going to continually be open to companies putting $$ in your account without your permission. You have to determine what is best for you but, be aware that it may happen again if you give your new information to any pdl. I do not think it could hurt to file a complaint or work something out with your bank.

Per the laws of my state the most the highest fee the company can charge me for 250.00 is 45.00 although i refuse to pay that being i didn't consent for this loan. Should i let this company know that i know the laws of my state if i'm not mistaken they are illegal/unlicensed company so they should take their monies back and leave me alone, do you think they will do this?

Make, many of these companies just do what they want. I was trying to see if there was a connection between ssm and fastwire. If they were part of the same company that would explain alot. Many of them will take money gram..some will insist that you pay them through your account but I would under NO circumstances give those companies your new account information ...that is the only way to ensure you will have no probelms with your account and the pdls.

Do SSM have any connection with fastwire cash and cashnet usa, on there website they have license to give pdl's i have no clue who ssm group llc is so i wouldn't know what there website have on it. Is it even legal for them to deposit money in my account with no authorization, is there some type of charges i can file against them for these? Do you have a authorization revoke letter i can send to them? So I can have this information on file that i gave them no authorization to my account. My pdl with fastwire is with my savings account they don't even have my checking account info
