I filed a complaint with Missouri Attorney General office and I am now attempting to start a class actions lawsuit against Ace Cash Express. They violated the FDCPA.

I live in colorado and received a loan from Ace Cash. When I couldn't pay, boy what harrassment. I told them I could make a partial payment at the end of the month (since I get paid monthly). He had to get back with me. He now tells me He need $50.00 upfront or he can file a criminal case. He told me I was under investigation. Is this true! What if I don't respond to his calls any longer? Is this just part of the intimidation or can they file criminal case against you? Please help.

He if full of sh**. There will be no criminal charges filed being debts are civil matters not a criminal case.

Is this Ace Cash Services or Ace cash Express? Online or storefront lender?

I am from Arizona and I got an ACE payday loan for medical bills. I have defaulted because I lost my job. I will be able to pay off the $370, but not on the day they require, they won't listen, and Miss Moore yells and says there is nothing more she can do, but have me pay it off and reloan right away. I can afford a lawsuit. HELP!

File a complaint against them with the FTC, BBB and your AG! How much did you borrow and pay back? How long has it been since you defaulted on the loan?
