They sent me a document that seemed to be encoded( I could hardly read it). But the two numbers above appeared on the form.

I've called this number all day and no one answered then at 5pm an auto recording stated the office was closed. I noticed on 4/22/09, a loan in the amount of $500 was deposited into my checking and I do not recall filling out or receiving any paperwork from them. I did apply for a loan over the internet and received the deposit and paperwork from the company I applied to. I have no idea who Ace Cash Services is and am fearful they will deduct more than the $500 from my account after May 1st.

They will. Have the money returned and close the account.

Many times when people search for an internet PDL they find a website that is a broker. The broker takes your info and spreads it among all their clients.

By accepting the brokers offer you accept their clients offers as well with out knowing it.

i recently wanted an internet loan, but, i dont have a phone for contact at the moment. what do i do? i still have yet to get an answer from them in reguards to this matter. i just want an email that verifies all that is going to happen

Did you go to their website or did you apply at a different site and then ace cash services put the money in?

i received money from ace cash services but i never signed any paperwork. what am i suppose to do? if no paperwork was signed how can they prove that i requested this loan??

i received a loan from one company and then the next day ace cash services deposited money into my account. i have no idea who they are or how i can contact them and i have no idea when this loan is suppose to be do on. I am at a loss as to what to do, do i call my bank and tell them that i did not authorize this or what am i to do at this point?? HELP!!!!

Did you receive money from the other loan company as well and what is their name?

Maybe you went through what is known as PDL processor site requesting a loan and ACE was the third party who approved the loan. This is not uncommon, you plug your info in and the PDL processor site which acts like a PDL search engine finding you a match for a payday loan with a third party lender. In this process your information is shared with numerous PDL companies untill a match loaner is found. Kind of like a throwing your info as bait into a pool of fish. Most folks are unaware of this and are under the impression they are applying directly for a loan when that is not the case So this is why I asked for the name of the company you applied with originally.


If none of the above applies to you, then go to the bank ASAP and tell them you did not authorize this deposit. They should be able to reverse the deposit back to the processor.
