Ace Cash Services - Consumer complaints and solutions

After reading all the people on this blog I think these people are rip off. I think i need to stop the payments they are taking out of my account.

I am having the same problems with this company. However, my bank suggested closing the account. Glad I did because after make 3 $90 payments they are calling saying we owe them $700 plus and they are going to throw my husband in jail. I explained we did not sign anything for this money and also will pay them the remaining of the $300 but they would have to e-mail an address to send a money order to(I will not give them any more account info) I have called the sheriffs dept, they said it is civil but to file a complaint we have to know where they are located. I can not get any info from them, they keep hanging up on me. Anybody have any ideas?

Don't let them scare you. Take the advice of the folks on this website. From what I understand, they cannot threaten you with jail . They can't threaten you at all.

did you ever find out about this? I am having trouble trying to get them to send me an email with my loan info. I have the number 866 840 2030, but that's it. I can't find the website anywhere.

Ace Cash Services are debiting $61 each payday for a month.
I did not receive any payday loan from them.
They never contacted me about a loan.
But I don't undertand why they are debiting this money when the didn't even give me a loan.

When you call it says the number has been disconnected.

THE NUMBER IS CORRECT IF U DON'T PAY IT OFF THEY WILL CHARGE U $90.00 EVERY ONE OF YOUR PAYDAYS.THE NUMBER IS 866-840-2030 CALL THEM 3 DAYS BEFORE YOUR PAYDAY LET THEM KNOW THAT U WANT TO PAY OFF LOAN THEN THEY'LL TAKE OUT THE $300.00 THEN THEY'LL TAKE OUT ANOTHER $90.00 FOR A TOTAL OF $390.00. GOOD LUCK I HOPE THIS HELPS U AND YES THEY NEVER SEND U A CONTRACT TO E-SIGN.

I just got 300.00 from them also, that I didn't ask for. I contacted them and they told me "why would we put money in your account ma'am, if you didn't ask for it"
I contacted my bank to have the money sent back and they told me to contact ace loans.
I contacte ace loans and all I get is a runaround. Can't send loan documents, can give me access to account, don't have a web site. I told them to mail it to me, have not heard back.
There is no infromation on how to pay this thing back, how much they charge, etc. Looks like I am going to have to close my account.
Is this even legaL?

Does anybody know where i can report these people too. I didnt know they could do business in ca. Been waiting on the phone for an hr.this is the 1866-840-2030 number. Thanks
