Does anyone know who the ACH processor for PayCheckToday is?
I sent them a letter rescinding ACH authorization 3 days prior to their March 31 payment coming out of my checking account and they still tried to process the ACH. Then on April 30 they tried 5 separate $100 ACH's. By this time my account was closed but I can still see things through my online banking.
Although I owe them $40 on my original $400 loan, this second attempt ticked me off. I've been reading some of the success stories in this thread so I thought I would try and give it a shot.

Or, you could call Intercept EFT and/or ACH Commerce directly and ask if they process for PaycheckToday. Also call the bank and get the originator of the loan as that bank might process as well.

Looks like PayCheck Today really doesn't like me - I just got a letter today from ACA Recovery (which I've been reading about on the forums) saying my balance with PayCheck Today is $705.00 which I think is about $665 too high!
Got a second ACA letter regarding CashAdvance Network for $795.00.
I found the Debt Validation letter template and will send this off to Mr. Cutler at ACA until I can firgure out how to work through the ACH processors.

If you call the processor first, you may be able to circumvent some of this maze. But you have to let the PDL know that you have done just that. Give them names, addresses, phone numbers of the people you contact.

I spoke with my bank and the woman said that she couldn't give me the information. Gail at ACH Commerce told me they don't process for PayCheckToday and Cindy at Intercept told me she was unable to tell me due to their privacy policy.
Should I keep trying at my bank or does anyone know who the processor for PayCheckToday is?

I don't have that information, but that's a new one on me. If Cindy said she was unable to give you that info because of their privacy policy, then ask her for her email address so you can send her a copy of the ACH revocation and also send her proof that paycheck today continued to attempt debiting your account even AFTER they were informed NOT too, which is clearly a violation of the Electronic Transfer Act, I would also stress to Cindy, IF they are the ones who are processing for Paycheck today, and they allowed that attempted transaction to go through, that would place them in violation also, therefore, it would be in their best interest to contact their client (Paycheck today) and inform them they will no longer process any more requested transactions on your account. Apply pressure on them, all they can do is respond that Paycheck today isn't their client, and if they do that, then at least you'll know they aren't their processor.

Mr. XXX,
You should have your loan documents that would be where you need to send your notifications to. I can not tell you which of the companies that Intercept processing for, due to privacy policies that we have in place.
yup...that is there stance at intercept...i got the same response. but she did say that she would contact them for me and let them know about the complaint. however, she stood the stance that intercept is not a financial institution..the bank is...and the EFT act only applies to financial institutions. i showed her other documents saying otherwise..and she stopped responding to me.
