I emailed my cease and decease letter including my revoking of ACH debits and voluntary wage assignments, and I haven't heard anything...what should I do now?
I also filed complaints with the NC AG office, am I on the right track?

Yes! Sometimes it takes a few days for the pdl's to respond. Sometimes people don't get called for weeks. It's never the same.
Have you filed complaints with the BBB too? They are a good one to file with. as sometimes that is what makes the pdl mark you PIF.

I would. You never know which complaint will get a pdl to act.

Keep emailing, faxing, and sending out certified letters to all your pdl's. At some point they will respond. I've been emailing and faxing daily, and sending certified letters weekly. Slowly, I'm moving along. File with the BBB, FTC, your state AG, and anyone else that will take a complaint. This is the advice I got from everyone here, and many have had great results! Good Luck!

Yep. File, file, file. It really does take awhile for some of these companies to respond. I think it is a tactic they use to freak you out. Don't fall for it.Just keep doing what you have been doing.

pumpkin...you are doing good....and now take a moment to relax...I didn't hear anything from anyone till almost a month after I filed. And the first ones I heard from were from the BBB....so file that too...you never know what might work.
