shoppin. . .I agree. With the amount of people who are now calling the processors, something has to give. As I always say, give someone enough rope. . . .they will eventually hang themselves!

If they are linked, they probably use the same processor. You can call the processor and ask if they process for them. You can also call your bank and see who the originator is on the transaction.

Thanks to everyone who has helped with my dilemma with Star Advance. I am glad to say that I finally reached the right person and I received an email last evening with a PIF attached. As of that email, I am totally, I mean totally done with PDLs. Don't give up the fight!

I do not have their information on me other than their address. Do a search on here and you will find it. As for their ACH Processor it is Bremer at 615-734-4726 and Intercept EFT. Their are numbers on here for Intercept as well.

Intercept is the processor and can be reached at 1-800-378-3328. Bremer Bank originates the loan. Hope this helps.

I don't want to close my bank account unless it is a complete lastresort - my spouse doesnt know about these loans and it would be a huge marital problem if found out.
Live in NJ and am confused about whether or not PDLs are legal and how to approach each company to find out how to get them marked paid? Have rolled over multiple loans many many times with these companies (most are 300/400 principles but a few are bigger):
Mycashnow
greenlight
money & more
discount
onestep cash
star
ameriloan
paycheck today
geneva roth (new one)
oneclick
loan shop
fast and reliable
delaware fast funds
paydaymax
magnum cash advance
Have been reading through the threads and just don't know how to start to figure out what these letters are you are sending and where to start to get this moving along without risking more coming out of the account (and really trying not to close it)

Can I make a suggestion? Why don't you copy and paste your information into a new thread. That way your post will get the attention you need.

Thank you - I just did that. I feel like there is maybe some ray of hope of getting out of this mess I've gotten myself into.

Get to counseling- not only have you taken out WAY to many loans but not telling your spouse about how completely irresponsible YOU have been with his money is beyond comprehension. The pain is only beggining when your spouse finds out not from you but a collector calling them at work or a neighbor you are screwed. Get a grip and at least be honest-Then figure out how to pay your debts back instead of trying to weasle your way out of paying the money back thet YOU borrowed.
