| I just got off the phone with Christy. They claim they can't help me until I fill out a WSUPP form. She did email me information on what to do and how to handle it through my bank. She said asking for this form will eliminate any transactions through them. When I asked how do I go about eliminating the problem through both avenues. She stated, without this form they could not proceed with their processes on stoping the debits from my checking account. When I gave hr the form I filled out previously. She stated that it would only stop the immediate transaction. Which allowed Ambassador to come in as Nation Wide Collections. So I am headed to my bank with everything she told me. Hopefully this all ends. I told her that I had no problems with this company until June 6th which should have been my last payment. She told me to try this process then follow up if I had anymore problems. |

I have 4 payday loans, I was paying the finance charge for a while, cannot pay any longer since my roommate lost their job. I have to cover the full rent. They are
Ameriloan
Mypaydayloan.com
Integrity
paydaytoday
I get paid on Friday, I cannot afford them to take any money from my account which is already in negative. Can I go to the bank and close this account, then negotiate with the loan companies to pay something? |
