2 of 3. I talked to Missori Bank and trust, Loan Shop's Processor. They could not really help me but they called the Loan shop with me.
Per our conversation earlier your loan has been paid in full as of today, also your account was set up to be debited in the amount of $90.00 on 5/5/08 because we process all payments 3 business days prior to your due date I was not able to stop this transaction but I will sending you a $90.00 refund out. If you have any other questions or concerns regarding your account please call me at the number listed below. Thanks

| O.K. Theis may not get many anywhere but I just sent a "nice" letter to Bremer Bank for all the help they gave me, NOT. Just for the fun of it I e-mailed Fox Chicago tip line with my story and I am working on Date line and 20/20. I am giving them the name Bremer Bank. I am down to my last battle and I am mad about the crimes these PLD'S Commit. |

This may be stupid questions but here they are.....
Can I still contact the ACH processors if I have a have a temp debit only on my account?
How do I get the email address of the ACH processors?
Can the ACH processors also help me with the refunds?
When I talk to the ACH processors I let them know they are illegal in my state and have over paid correct?
Sorry for all the questions. |

There's no such thing as a stupid question! I honestly do not know the answer to your question at this time, because I am not very well versed in this area yet, but if you hang in there someone will be along shortly to help you. _________________ Online Complaints Ohio Attorney General

1. You can locate them by talking to the ACH department of your bank and identifying a transaction
2. They can insure you will no longer need to worry about your account being debited. They have no access to your PDL account. However, if a pdl violates an ACH rule, which they ALL do, the processor can get in a lot of trouble. Save your emails and voice mails. Show them what their client is.
3. Remember, until they hear from you, processors believe their clients are legitimate. However, don't be fooled into thinking processors like the pdl industry. In the financial world, they are the bottom of the barrel, too.
The status of your account does not matter. The processor insures you will not be debited, not that the pdl will leave you alone. But, the EFTA states that it is a rules violation to require electronic pmt. They're not going to give you an address, so theyll let you go away |

Wow, I wished I had found this site about 3 weeks ago. Maybe I can still be saved. I put a stop payment on about 5 PDL accounts and at the time I placed the stop payments I specifically asked if this would also stop any ACH transaction. This was my wife's advice since she use to work at a bank. The bank told me all I had to do was place a stop payment by giving the check numbers and the amount for each check.
This worked for all the PDLs except one. The one it didn't work for sent their request in through ACH. Now my account is jeopardy of other items not getting paid.
Can I hold the bank (Chase) responsible or can I go after the PDL for a refund? The PDL is called Paycheck Advance and they are in AZ.
By the way, the other PDL's were members of CFSA and I now have a payment plan arranged with them but the company that was paid through ACH is not a CFSA member. _________________ Register today to encash debtcc points. |

Thanks for the response. My bank has identified Wells Fargo Bank as the ACH processor. I didn't know a big bank like this could be an ACH processor. I have not called yet because I want to know if any has heard of Wells Fargo as an ACH processor.
The immediate question I have is who I can request to refund the money back to my account?
Thanks again. _________________ Register today to encash debtcc points. |

I went ahead and called Wells Fargo and they told me to just inform my bank I revoked the PDLs authorization and my bank would refund my money back and the revocation will go on the PDLs record.
But my concern is since I only put a stop payment on my account and not an ACH revoke request, will that prohibit my bank from doing anything.
I guess I assumed Wells Fargo would refund the money as well as punish the PDL company. _________________ Register today to encash debtcc points. |

You can revoke ach authorization at any time. It should not matter that you put a stop payment on your account. _________________ In life it doesn't matter
