I see that processing@moneygram.com is USFastCash's processor. Anyone have a contact name?
Does anyone know who EDollarsDirect uses as their processor?
EDollarsDirect owes me $660 and I can really use the $$ (can't we all!)
thanks

I'm in NC; I know (now) that pdl are prohibited. I also know that EDollarsDirect was issued a cease & desist operations order by the NV AG...so I would say they are real illegal.

Just wanted to share another success. I got all three of my PDL's marked Paid in Full by putting pressure on their ACH Processor. For one I got my $500 overpayment refunded, one I over paid $150 so I was happy with the PIF, the third (loanshop) I had over paid $330. I was not satisfied with the PIF only so I called the ACH processor again yesterday and they said they would call Loan SHop. I got a call from William Mashburn of Loan Shop and after haggeling a bit we settled on $200.00 refund. Here is his e-mail! ACH PROCESSOR PRESSURE WORKS!
Thank you for your time on the phone today. I appreciate your patience and cooperation as we are attempting to reach an agreement to close your account.
SETTLEMENT OFFER: REFUND: $200.00.
Ever since the loan was originated, both parties involved have fulfilled their obligations to honor the terms of the loan agreement. This was meant to be a short-term loan but I understand that you may have not been in a position to repay the full balance all at once. I realize that the fees can accumulate and add up to a rather large balance. I apologize for any frustration you have experienced throughout your repayment process. I believe it is in the benefit of both parties to simply close the accounts today and honor your request for a $200.00 refund (which should be available in your checking account on Thursday, provided the attached release agreement is received by 3:00pm tomorrow, May 7). If this is agreeable to you, please sign and fax the attached release at your earliest convenience. Please retain a copy for your records. The attachment to this email is a release agreement that indicates you have agreed to end your dispute by having your account closed immediately. Your account will be closed IMMEDIATELY upon receipt of the attached release form. Your refund will be mailed to you as soon as the signed release is returned to our office.
There absolutely will not be any collection activity taken against you and this email is meant to confirm that in writing.
This email and the attached release form combined are written records that neither of us will continue to dispute the matter with the other. You will have no future obligation to make any payment regarding this matter.
My contact information is included below so, if you have any questions or concerns about the release or any other matter regarding your account, please feel free to contact my office anytime.
Sincerely,
William Mashburn

Has anyone had any experience in dealing with companies that may not be CSFA members (Ameriloan, 500fastcash, myloansusa, etc.) in dealing with the ACH companies or recieving PIF or refunds?

Does anybody have processor info for the following:
Ameriloan
500 Fast Cash
Myloans USA
Cash Advance Network
Littleloanshoppe.com
Cash Net USA
Impact Cash USA
All are internet lenders
I believe all based out of Utah? Do I also copy the Utah Atty. General, and BBB on all emails to the PDL and processor?
Also, I believe most companies have language that states that if you withdraw ACH, they will draft paper checks for the full amount. Has anyone had any problem with this?

United is Bremer at 615-734-4726 and Intercept EFT. Their number should be on here somewhere. I am at work and don't have my papers with me.

if you have closed your bank account and there is no way they can get to your money...you really dont have to do this. however, the processor will most likely contact the pdl company and the pdl company will be more likely to settle for just the princple amount..depending on all the legality stuff
