Using ACH Processors To Stop Payday Loans

I managed to contact ACH Commerce (Moneygram) and spoke with Morites. She stated that they are the processor for myloansusa.com. She also stated that there is nothing they can do, and that I need to contact myloansusa, and deal with my bank as far as revocation.

Also, I contacted Intercept and spoke with Stephanie. They are a processor for 500 Fast Cash. She also told me that there is nothing they can do, and that I have to contact 500 Fast Cash.

Any suggestions? Also, hopefully you can use this information if starting a list of processors.

jrperry_msu, you're going to need to be persistent with these processors. Read through this thread and see how other members did it.

I will try the email. I am assuming that should go to the processor, the customer service at the PDL, and the Utah Banking Commission?

Has anyone had a problem with them sending stuff back to the account by paper check as stated may happen in some of the contracts?

I am going to e-mail Intercept since they said they can not do anything. I am in Califronia, does everyone e-mail Utah Banking Comission? Also two of my PDL's are from Intercept do I do one at a time?

I found out the bank for MW Marketing aka EDollarsDirect is Monterey Bank, Monterey CA...phone # is 831-649-4600. My bank says it was a bank to bank transaction...no ach processor involved. Does this sound right?

skymerle....did you get a response from the bank and if so what did they say? I am just wondering because I have one from them. They keep telling me their is nothing they can do because they sold my account to collections. I have overpaid them by $800 so I am trying to get a refund and my account marked paid in full.

Mandy..you have a pdl with MW Marketing aka EDollarsDirect? We, my bank guy & me, tried to call Monterey Bank this morning, but they were not open yet. I've not had time to try again..gotta work to paid those pdl.. Laughing
Mandy, EDollarsDirect was given a cease & desist operations order by the Nevada AG in 2006! Check out the NV AG's website and look under 2006 press release tab for the article. My plan for EDollarDirect is intense. I overpaid them $660 and I want every penny back. I'm hitting everybody that I think will be helpful in NC (my state) and NV with complaint letters...all the way to state house reps & senators

EdollarsDirect told you they turned you over to collections?...what's the name of the collection agency, if you don't mind my asking. thanks, sky

This doesn't work, no one at the processors will revoke anything, its a scam. I have called numerous times and they say they can't do anything no matter how many people i talk with. My parents tried as well and they got no where as well as an uncle of mine, this is worthless.

skymerle.....I will look up to see what they exactly told me and what company they have told me to call. I have received no mail for any collections agency. I may have received a phone call but I did not answer if I do not know the number and they do not leave a message.

I know that they were served a cease and desist in NV in 2006 but what does this mean. Does this mean they had to stop loaning to people IN NV or that they could not do business at all in NV? I am sorry I am just confused and if they can not do business in NV anymore because of the order why the heck are they still doing business there. I have contacted the bbb there and tried to contact their AG (NEVADA) but have gotten nowhere. The only thing I received by the bbb was that they could not give me any information and that I could bring it up in small claims court or somewhere else but I can't remember it right now.

I just received a phone call from your company, even though the letter states no contact other then email or mail, stating you no longer have my records. I am sorry but I am sure you have my records. If it has been sent to collections you can contact them and get the information back. Me calling collections, as suggested, will not help. I DO NOT OWE ANY MONEY. YOU OWE ME A REFUND. Collections can not help with that. I want this resolved asap and suggest that you send my refund of $800 and mark my account PAID IN FULL as stated in the letter.

Your company is illegal and is not allowed in the state of Ohio and only owe you the principle back. I have well over paid the principle and demand a refund of $800 and my account marked PAID IN FULL. I will be contacting your AG, my AG, BBB, small claims court and the FTC if I do not receive my refund. Also if I am contacted by phone again, which it states in my letter is prohibited, I will have no choice to report that also as you are breaking the law of Ohio .

PLEASE RESPOND ASAP via email to when I will be receiving my refund. Please do not tell me you do not have ANY paperwork on me as I know you have to keep it for your records. I expect to receive an email by 4/11/08.

I have been more then patient as this is now the FIFTH letter that I have sent. If you can not help me then please have a SUPERVISOR contact me via email or mail only.

This should not have gone to collection agency as I paid what was owe due to the fact that you company is illegal. Is the collection agency going to give me a refund for the money that I overpaid? To which she responded to me with the subject SPAM and that was it....so basically she blocked me. I did receive a long vm from a gentlemen there stating that they will not respond via email and that it is a unacceptable and ridiculous way to respond. He said we have a high volumn calls and they do not send emails. I would have to call to talk to them. He said this over and over and then he also told me once again that my account was sent to collections. The email alsted about 5 minutes and I am not kidding. He just keep saying they do not respond to emails....oh and he said it was the law. I would like to know what LAW he was talking about. I have not heard anymore from them.

Read through this sticky carefully. It takes time and work but it does work There are many success stories on here, myself being one of them.. Thanks to the pressure Processors put on the PDL (though they told me thay couldn't help me) I was marked PIF an all three and given a refund on 2. Just have to play hard ball with these guys.

Would you mind posting what you sent to the PDL's as far as a cease letter, and what you sent to the processor?

You seem to have had a lot of success with this and I'm a little confused. Do you send to the pdl and processor at the same time?

Have you had trouble with anybody hitting your account after the fact? I would say that I've been paying Ameriloan for four years, and probably have overpaid by THOUSANDS.
