Given the holiday, Monday I will go to the bank and find the best way to block all four from initiating an ACH on or after the 11th, my next payday. Once I am sure the bank block is good I am going to contact all the ACH processors and try to start the process so many of you have had success with. I have two follow up questions if someone could please give some input: |
| Quote: | | (1) My largest loan is $1000 with Ace, a storefront. Shazzers mentioned incorporating an EPP which would pay it off in two paydays; unfortunately give my biweely income this is not possible. Are there any other options? |
That would be 4 equal payments, not two.
The only other option you have with a store front is to speak with them directly and explain your situation, some listen, some don't.
| Quote: | | (2) Where can one go to find resources that would provide information on whether or not a particular PDL is licensed to practice in a given state? |
Click on THIS, then locate your state on the map.
I hope this helps. _________________ Online Complaints Ohio Attorney General

| I live in PA and I know that three of my pdl's are legal in other states and are able to do business in PA. So what do I tell the Processor when I call about cancelling the ACH withdrawals? I would appreciate any help. Thank you. |

| I closed my account with Chase and opened another at the same branch. Today I saw that Ameriloan debited my new account. How did they get my information? I didn't give it to them? HELP! |

| That is a good question. . . and I would also ask it of Chase. Perhaps they "linked" your accounts? I know that my bank promised me they would not do that. They kept their promise. Perhaps you should do business with an entirely different bank, under these circumstances, but try to get your money back before you do. Good luck. |

| I just got off the phone with Christy. They claim they can't help me until I fill out a WSUPP form. She did email me information on what to do and how to handle it through my bank. She said asking for this form will eliminate any transactions through them. When I asked how do I go about eliminating the problem through both avenues. She stated, without this form they could not proceed with their processes on stoping the debits from my checking account. When I gave hr the form I filled out previously. She stated that it would only stop the immediate transaction. Which allowed Ambassador to come in as Nation Wide Collections. So I am headed to my bank with everything she told me. Hopefully this all ends. I told her that I had no problems with this company until June 6th which should have been my last payment. She told me to try this process then follow up if I had anymore problems. |

I have 4 payday loans, I was paying the finance charge for a while, cannot pay any longer since my roommate lost their job. I have to cover the full rent. They are
Ameriloan
Mypaydayloan.com
Integrity
paydaytoday
I get paid on Friday, I cannot afford them to take any money from my account which is already in negative. Can I go to the bank and close this account, then negotiate with the loan companies to pay something? |

|
|
I have three payday loans. Payday loan yes, which has been paid down to $200. Fast Cash, which is a subsidary of PLY, which I owe $300 and Vip Cash/Qloot which I owe $400. They have all been absolutely nickel and diming our account to death. Today, I went to the bank and explained what was going on and how I was in a trap. The lady at my bank was beyond WONDERFUL. I opened a new checking account and put stop payments on not only the individual debits but anything that would try to be put through under any of their many names.
She did ALL of this for me and waived all stop payment fees. Now, I need help composing letters and getting mailing addresses for these companies. I fully intend to pay them back, I just no longer want them to have access to my checking acct. Today is the first day in months that I don't feel depressed or overwhelmed by all this! I will never, ever get myself or my family in this situation again. This financial burden has affected my ability to be a good mother and a good wife and I'm putting my foot down today! |
