Which companies are you dealing with? Tell us how much have you paid on each account and go through the laws of your state. You will come to know the actual status of each account. Then, you can search for some consolidation company who can combine all your debts in one repayment plan.

Just signed onto theis website. Its great. I am in need of how to handle all the payday loans that I have about 8 total about $4000. I know some of them have been paid in full more than once due to the continual ach. How can I stop this from happening. My account is always in the negative and my other bills are not getting paid and my credit scores are gong in the toilet. How can I get some help.

steele & flyers - Each of you, please post what state you reside in, list each pdl that you have separately, how much you borrowed (principle only) and how much you have paid back so far. No "fancy" stuff like adding in "fees" and "extensions". Just put the amount borrowed only and the amount paid back so far. We can then help you! Don't forget to post what state you reside in!

Paydayok and paydayselect E-mail them from there site and ask for a Paid in full. I did and they were really easy.
