And, also, I just noticed - across the front of the letter itself - it specifically states
Remittance of Employee Voluntary Wage Assignment. So, why in the hell are some employers doing this???? I'm sorry, but I'm mad right now. It also says
"Special Notice: Please read carefully." I guess so they're covering their
****so that no one claims they were legally trying to garnish wages? Any employer who sits down and carefully reads this will see that it is voluntary and you do not have to abide by it. That poor member whose employer honored it and gave these illegal
