Oh crap you guys. I'm in the middle of typing my response and faxing it over. I've got additional address/phone/fax information since receiving their documents. I will post it tonight when I get home. I am frantically typing to get this on company letterhead and faxed over today. you're NOT going to believe this crap!

First of all, thank you, volley, for posting the information so quickly for me! In my frenzied panic, I could not think straight! Thank you! Now, here is some additional information regarding Cash Transfer Centers/Northway Financial Corporation Ltd. In addition to the information we have for Cash Transfer Centers/Northway - here is more contact information that was included on their lovely letter I received. Please use it freely! LOL!

I am assuming the phone number and fax number are for the "mail processing" center.
And, also, I just noticed - across the front of the letter itself - it specifically states Remittance of Employee Voluntary Wage Assignment. So, why in the hell are some employers doing this???? I'm sorry, but I'm mad right now. It also says "Special Notice: Please read carefully." I guess so they're covering their ass so that no one claims they were legally trying to garnish wages? Any employer who sits down and carefully reads this will see that it is voluntary and you do not have to abide by it. That poor member whose employer honored it and gave these illegal ass wipes her paycheck should be smacked.
