Both Advance America and ThinkCash are licensed lenders- as far as I know, the last two are illegal. Before you default, you should contact advance america and thinkcash and tell them your situation and request a repayment plan.

Thinkcash is not a payday loan, but its an installment loan. Its legal and if you default, they can take action.
