I am lost in a sea of Payday Loans I can't seem to find a way to get out of. As a result, all my other bills are affecting my credit score. I am in dire straights for help. Thanks

Welcome Eldacheese! You have come to the right place. I don't know how much help I can be yet since I just started this journey in ernest last week but there are a ton of wonderful resourceful people that will chime in soon. The first thing that would help is to identify where you are from, List the PDL's (identifying storefront vs. internet) How much you borrowed and how much you have paid on the loans. Believe me you are amongst people that have been there and done that!

Elda, you need to post who you have your PDL's with, the loan amount for each one, the amount you have paid so far for each loan and what state you live in. We also need to know if these are Internet PDL's or store front.

I have an installment pdl for one thousand dollars through checkngo delaware bank. I have made 4 256.00 payments, and stupidly thought I would only have one left, called yesterday and I have 4 more payments to make, I am drowning:( I did this online
