What exactly do I say when I resister complaints with the Texas AG and BB about the illegal payday loan companies I am dealing with?
Can someone post one or a thread to one they have used?

Hello, I live in NJ so what I did was state NJ state laws and gave a breakdown of all I paid in illgeal fees. It seemed to have work a bit

Just state the facts as shazzers states and reference the laws of your state and the breakdown of everything you have paid. Do a search in the search box as I am sure there are examples of one.
You should check the internet for your states AG's office as there should be an online complaint form.

I'm in Texas and recently filed complaints with AG, BBB, and FTC regarding a payday loan I had with Loan Shop. (The company conceded and marked me paid in full just yesterday!) I just stated the facts and what I felt was harassing/wrong. If you look up my other thread "Loan Shop questions" in this forum, on page 2 I have a copy of the email I sent directly to Loan Shop. That is pretty similar wording to what I posted on the AG and BBB sites. Might help you figure out what to say.
