Are there any example letters of what to send in our AG complaints and BBB. Also could someone post the laws for KS so that I have a better grip on them before I start this process.
Thank you,
hope

hope, you can file on line with the bbb bbb.org . File on line with the FTC ftc.gov . And go on line to your state AG site and they should have something under "consumer protection" and how to file a complaint. Some states you can do it on line. Other states, you have to download the complaint form, fill it out, and mail it in. Here are your state pdl laws.

Thanks. Do you send a seperate complaint on each PDL or one with all of the different ones on it?
Appreciate the help.

You can use this address for BIG. However, it is just a "drop box" they use here in the US. They are actually overseas. But to file your complaints, use this one.
BIG
1005 Terminal Way Suite 110
Reno NV 89502
They actually go by MANY different d/b/a's. You need to file with the FTC on this one. Very important.
