I received letters from the PA AG office for the PDLs I complained were illegal and I didnt owe them anything...they assigned an agent and file#.
Should I be calling the agent or will they call me?
Anyone know how they work?

each state's AG goes about things differently.
if it will clarify things.you should call
the agent.

which payday loan companies did you use? I files with the ftc yesterday and need to print my bank statements before i file with sc's ag office.

i also am fighting mypaydayloan and gfsil. mpdl told me they have turned it over to detex collection agency, waiting on them to battle now since mpdl is illegal and any ca in the us is fighting an illegal battle. gfsil keeps calling my work posing as diffrent people. all my employees have told anyone asking for me with an accent that i no longer work there. yeaterday they called and ask for my companies home office and my assistant gave them a bogus number. it's gotten to be a game with everyone at work lol
