Has anyone heard of this company they are threatening a lawsuit from a company called loan.com. they state that loan.com is a parent company and they didn't have the name of the actual company. Has anyone been served by these people
there is no such agency.you will not be served by this scam.the next time they call state you will not speak to the again until you get something in writing.better yet if a number doesn't look familiar,or looks strange.don't answer.let it go to vmail and use any info they give like a ph# to file complaints against them.just don't give garbage like this any credability whatsoever.
