Can anyone help me get a phone number or anything for this company. AIP is how it is listed on my bank statement. I know they are a payday loan company. I want to settle my account with them.

If you're having a problem with them, be sure to file a complaint with the BBB. They got mine resolved.

I don't. The BBB doesn't have one for them either. That's why I contacted the BBB. They contacted AIP for me and got the situation resolved. I mean, if there is no way to get ahold of them, what else are you going to do? You can send them a letter. If you do, I would suggest sending it certified with a return receipt showing that they did receive it.

Wow, thank you. So they would continue charging the finance fees with no ability to pay off. Some of these people are amazing (not in a good way).

I dug through my papers. I have different numbers that may come into play if you can't get through.

I have a fax # of 1-800-441-6383
Customer Service # of 1-800-274-4159
And a "direct" number for Kelly - 1-302-478-2469

Kelly is the person who set up my "loan". Good luck to you. At least you have an address and a couple different fax numbers and phone numbers.

When i had my loan with AIP I called and spoke with Jackie at ext 300. She is/was the controller there. She marked me PIF without me even asking, just after talking to her for a couple minutes. I also filed a complaint with the BBB - For some reason at AIP they seem to care about their BBB report. One CS rep even told me to go check them out there. Obviously she hadn't checked them out because they have an unsatisfactory rating, but oh well!

I am looking at my letter response from the BBB. The letter is from AIP.

It was a response from a "Mr. Richards" in customer service.
And, you are right, goudah. They "fixed" the problem and refunded me before contacting the BBB. And I also find it amazing that they are so concerned with the BBB since I too looked and saw the unsatisfactory rating. But whatever works, works!
