i got 3 of these each with different companies

GOOD does that mean they sent it to outside collections already? I defaulted on 4/25 i figured they would at least harass me on the phone for a few weeks....I would rather deal with a collection agency anyway they have stricter laws to abide by.

yes AIS is a CA mainly for PDL'S.send DV and C&D letters. certified mail return receipt.

yes i know how to deal with ca's but i will wait til they send me a letter or at least call....another lender is calling from british columbie leaving me messages on my work phone "please call about impt business matter" but i just ignore him.....and when he then calls my cell i pick up and hang up so hopefully they will send that one to a ca also.
