i signed up for 2 payday loans one for 200.00 payback 60.00 thru ezpaydayloans.com and 125.00 from loanbyphone lbp payback is 146.00 when i got these different people have debited my account now my account is overdrawn i went to my bank and filed a complaint they ae closing my account and now i can't pay back my loans. I live in alabama and am not sure the laws on that. I plan to pay them back but i will probably need to pay on payments. What can they do?

ezpaydayloans can't do anything because they are an unlicensed lender, I'm not sure about the other one. Click the link below for your payday loan laws.

No they cannot take a warrent out. A debt is a civil matter not a criminal offense.

They could sue you, but they do not.
