How can I find out if my 6 PDL lenders are licensed in Alaska?

I have 6 online PDL's, all current with full balance (only been able to pay the renewal fees except for the USFast Cash loan). None of these lenders appear on the above license database, maybe because the database is from 2005. I am in Alaska and here are my lenders and balances owed and what I've paid in fees thus far:
Loan Amt. Amt. Paid (as of 3/27)
Pack Mgt $300 360
MMG Holdings $300 270
USFastCash $260 625 This has been pd dwn from 300
Ameriloan $350 210
Red River (CSG) $400 240
Kingston Fin. $200 267

I have read the AK law regarding PDL's, not sure how to interpret it. Says something about only 2 renewals allowed and a maximum finance rate and fees of $5 and 15%. I know that one of these loans showed an APR of 724%, which, I think, makes it an illegal loan in my state.
By the way, closing my bank account is not an option, so I am trying to explore other options. Any advice or input would be greatly appreciated. I am new here and this my first post. I love the spirit of community I see here post after post, I've been reading through the forums for the past week.
