Marilyn from American Consumer Credit called & said she has a great deal for me & to give her a call back as soon as I could. blah blah blah...if it's that great..send it to me in writing!!! These illegal companies really do think the consumer has no clue. She sounded sweet as pie on that voice mail...is she kidding me!!!!!

Is this one of those companies who will charge you an arm and a leg and then never put any money towards you debts? Those make me crazy. I actually enrolled in one of the companies about 2 years or so ago and ended up paying more than I originally did. I made one payment and never paid again! It was ridiculous!

I know I've overpaid them jackasses by 240.00. They are not getting another red cent from me!!!

Another one down...I received a refund of 105.00 from ACC. That's 3 refunds so far...Eastside Lenders is not being as cooperative that's for sure. Just thought I'd update!

Great deal LMK! jeez they were really after your eh? Looks like this ACC is on the up and up though. I looked for negative reports from them on google, doesn't appear that there are any. they're just heavy on the business that's all. no more $$ to them from you though  congrats on your refund!

no that's not what i was saying...i have a horrible way with words, i looked their site up and i look for a few things as far as how to apply, whether they're a secure site, and mainly testimonials and i couldn't really find anything where users of this company bash them. Now, this could mean that they're great at PR or that some of their users are satisfied. could easily be illegal shoulda put 'up and up' in quotations. sorry for confusion guys

thanks pyb, debtstinker & volley! I had 4 companies that I had overpaid. I got refunds from 3 out of 4. East Side Lenders was the 4th & they are not being very cooperative at all!!!

Geneva Roth, 500fastcash, and Big. I argued with Geneva Roth today. The manager kept saying that I was refusing to pay. I fnally told him to open his ears. I wasn't refusing to pay I just won't pay what he wants. He said fine I'll mark your account that you are disputing it, but I am still sending your account to our attorney. Then he told me that I needed to contact Fl's AG so they could inform me of the law. I replied with no problem I have no problem filing a complaint against you with the AG's office. Good Day!
