I have 3 payday loans in Arkansas, they are:
Advantage Cash Service ~ $350.00 (paid $105)
JVC Lending ~ $300.00 (paid $270.00)
Ameriloan ~ $300.00 (paid $180.00)
I recently had to close down my bank account due to fraud in the account (stolen debit card and check book) I contacted all of the lenders and told them that if they would send me an address I would send them payments. I have not recieved a call from any of them. I did recieve a call today from "American Law Offices" saying that Cash Advance USA is sueing me for fraud. I cannot find any of these companies information anywhere. I really don't know what to do. I am not opposed to paying my debt, but I need to make legitimate arangements.

I don't think there is any such place "American Law Offices". Anyway, none of your lenders are licensed to lend anywhere, so they are probably trying to scare you into giving them your new bank information, I wouldn't do that if I were you.
For your information:
Advantage Cash Services aka Ace Cash Services aka CLK Management aka Ameriloan
JVC Funding aka JVC Processing a/k/a Loan & Go

Thanks, I have a friend that is a Lawyer and she called them for me and asked for their credentials and they wouldnt give her any. She told them if they called and harassed me again, she would take them to court. They told her that they wouldn't call again. I called all the other lenders and they would not tell me if they were licenced or not. Thanks for the info!!
