I am so glad to see that I am not the only one in this horrible circle..I have 8 loans out,First Bank of Delaware,Check n Go, Americash, Cash Central,Emerald Marketing,..I closed my account and moved to another bank..I sent them certified letters and of course the calls are coming in..I tried to get a loan through my bank to pay them off and just make one payment...paying this damn refinance charges..it has made me behind on my house and car note..so of course I didn't get approved..I want to take care of them but just don't know where to start..I found this company called Langhorn and they will do settlement offers with them but they wanted 300 a month for their fees and you had to pay them lenders directly..so that wasn't go to work..HELP!! Any advice??
