California Based - Please Help..

I originally requested a payday loan with AmeriLoan a few months back. I have paid a total of bi-wkly fees in the amount of $395.00, I believe my original requested amount was $400.00, but not sure..

Total Paid - $395.00
Current Payoff - $460.00
Paid - 12/30 - $265.00 (their site shows -but I don't believe my act was debited)
Paid - 11/30 - $75.00
Paid - 11/13 - $90.00
Paid - 11/13 - $50.00
Paid - 10/30 - $90.00
Paid - 10/15 - $90.00

*I just checked their web site and it states my payoff amount is $460.00.

I also checked the below site and they are not listed in CA as a payday loan. http://www.bbb.org/us/Find-Business-Reviews/

Ameriloan is big time illegal in California, they are the same as Unitedcashloans and Oneclickcash. The Department of Corp in california is currently going to court against them and their next court date is May. You need to close your account, file all your complaints with BBB, AG, Department of Corp. and FTC. Oh and www.ic3.gov. You need to send them your revoke letters as soon as your account is closed. you only owe them $5.00 left of the prinicpal.

You can file your complaints online, Better Business Buearu, Attorney Generals Office, Department of Corporations, Federal Trade Commission. now the Revoke letter is a letter you can find in the Shazzers supplied you. This letter tells the PDL that they are not legal and that your are revoking the ACH withdraw and any wage assignments they may have had you sign. You need to go to your bank asap and explain to them what has happened. And then send your Revoke letters out. That is the start. You only owe them any remaining principal balance minus what you have already paid them.
