Are Ameriloan and United Cash Loans the same company? When I look at the bbb they have the same address. Also Which address is theirs. The one in NV or the one in OK. it looks like the ones in NV have over 100 complaints but the one in OK do not have any rating. Does this just mean they moved their address?
Please let me know as soon as possible so I can send my letters. Does anyone have emails for these two?

Call their ACH Processor and put on the pressure. Bremer Bank is 651-734-4726 who has Intercept EFT as a client who is then United's processor. Call them ALL!

I thought United Cash Loans/AmeriLoan/USFastCash were one in the same and that Moneygram is their ach processor?!

They'd never admit to being the same folks, but I've had Ameriloan respond by accident to my BBB complaint against UCL. They had all my account details in their response.

Ameriloan and USFastCash process with Intercept EFT. Their loans originate with Bremer Bank, as shoppin has indicated. My loan with UFC was PIF within 30 hours after I called Intercept. Call them.

OK, my accounts' been closed for a while now, but I'm still getting the calls from United Cash Loans. So am I reading this correctly, if I call Bremer Bank and Intercept, the calls will (hopefully) stop?

Your bank account or your account with the PDL is closed? When I called Intercept and Bremer, they had already received my C and D letter and were not debiting any monies but I wasn't taking any chances. Intercept will be able to confirm, from the bank account you used when the money was deposited, that they are in fact working with them. They emailed UFC and the next thing I know it was done.

So I need to provide Intercept/Bremer w/ my old bank account info; well, we'll see what happens. I figure at the very worse, UCL can keep calling me and I just hang up on them anyhow... (at least that's what I told them I would continue to do until they could provide me something in writing on company letterhead stating that they were legal in the State of Maryland - which I know they are not)

Call them with the info. Intercept will verify from your old account info. Then call Bremer Bank and make a complaint with them as well. Then let the PDL know that you have done that.

(from the poster formerly known as Pachacutec; "edit profile" won't let me change my name?) Anyhow - I received my daily call from United Cash Loans; they're giving me a courtesy call, isn't that nice? I said that they and their parent company MTE weren't legal in Maryland, wow, did she hang up in a hurry - I'd never mentioned MTE before, wonder if that's a "bad word?"
