biotch, kash can help you a lot seeing as how she is also in New York. You have been robbed by these pdls. Absolutely robbed. My heart is breaking reading the amounts they have debited from your account. As paul stated, you need to go to your bank, the branch you opened your account at, speak only to the manager. Get a hard debit block put on that account ASAP. As paul stated, nothing will go through. Yes, that means your debit card, your checks, etc. However, this NEEDS to be done. You need to end this madness of these illegal companies! If you have just a few extra bucks, go to a completely different bank and open a new account. This way you will have a "working" bank account. Get that direct deposit routed to the new account ASAP. Get that existing account blocked ASAP. They can do this with a couple of clicks of the keyboard. Done in two seconds. You might have to be firm with them; however, do whatever it takes to get this blocked now. You can't "stop payment" on pdls. Nope. As paul said, they will change names, change amounts, change dates, send through electronic checks, etc. They will stop at nothing if the account is open/active. Please, please get the bank account taken care of. I can not believe how much these pdls have taken from you. My heart goes out to you.

i need to know where to go from here. i went to the bank today and they put a full restriction on my checking account. and, even labeled it as fraud. they are aware that there are a lot of "scam" out there. i'm already starting to feel better. what do i do next. is there a form to send these crooks. thank you for all your help so far Smile

thank you. i've got all the e-mails out. we'll see what happens. i've also requested refunds on the over payments(i won't hold my breathe) but, the overpayments don't even include he past loans that i've had in the past and probably have paid thousands of dollars.
