how do i get out from under these payday loans?

biotch. . .glad to hear about your PIF! That's great news. Like Kash has said at leat a million times, and I do believe it to be true, being in New York is a Godsend as far as these guys go. I think that it is what has saved me with the 3 PDLs that I have closed/settled. The other two have "gone missing" and I am not about to try and find them any time soon. For now, I go about my business while they are are becoming a distant memory. Keep up the good work.

hope everyone had a great weekend. well monday is here. haven't heard anything yet from the other 7 pdls. hopefully i won', but it's kinda nerve racking. but, patience is a virtue, right?

i'm going to be moving within a couple months, across town. do i have to inform them of my new address if they don't contact me by the date that i gave them in my letter?

ONE OF THE COMPANIES SENT ME A LETTER UNDER A DIFFERENT NAME, IMAGINE THAT. yeah, i don't know which one sent it, but it came from the infamous MTE financial. what do i do with that one?

Did it have a phone number? I don't like talking with these people but that may be the only way you find out just who it is for. Maybe you could punch it in to the search engine above and see what, if anything, it comes back to.

i sent this e-mail to MTE. do you think that's ok? their phone # didn't work(surprise)

i'm not sure what payday loan company you are affiliated with. however i sent a letter to your affiliate in regards to new york state laws about your paydayloans, as well as money that may be due to me. i never took out a payday loan with MTE, so therefore, i cannot correspond to MTE in regards to the payday loan, due to legal matters that i am pursuing. thank you for your time

biotch, they sent you a letter in the mail? Or a letter on email? Was it from MTE FINANCIAL? It didn't state another name (one of their d/b/a's), just MTE FINANCIAL?
