how do i get out from under these payday loans?

i've tried to search the phone number that MTE listed and couldn't find anything. however their address is infact the same as 500fastcash. so i sent them the letter again and addressed it "500fastcash.com aka MTE financial recoveries"

hello people one quesion . what is better for paydayloans.. do they accept deb consilidation i make arragments with one of the in 2 payments but i want to put all in one single payments is any good company there to work with it? i called this company from this forum the one in alabama i read the contrac they one $195.00 dollars to begin ? is this ok ? can anyone tell me if they work with them?

then you did great! As kash stated, this pdl is one of MTE's d/b/a's. I wanted to check what address because MTE has a habit of denying they are "who they are". However, in your case, 500FastCash has the same exact address as MTE Financial. So, they shouldn't claim "we are not them".

i received a letter from worldwidecashnow(via us post). the are a company based in the UK. the agreed to issue me a refund in the amount of $245. and i let the company know here(also known as telemerica) it's going to be in my account(that only allows credits) tomorrow!!! yeah. again i can't thank everybody here enough for all your help!!!!

well i think this makes 3 down. i went and logged into paydayservices.com, and it said that i had a loan that has been funded. then it had an OPT-OUT thing to click on. so i guess if you don't here anything... log on to your online account, and maybe they just washed it out? if so... that is cool!!!
