how do i get out from under these payday loans?

I have a huge problem. i am a single mother of three with a fairly decent job(well over 50,000 a year). but, being alone that doesn't always cover everything. so i got wrapped up in borrowing from payday lenders. i need them taken care of, consolidated or something, please. i currently have 8, yes 8 and they are killing me. impactcashus. bal.$345. 500fastcash. bal. $165. paydayisland. bal. $375. unitedcashloans. bal$390. worldwidecash. bal. $200. cashadvancenetwork. bal. $450. quickest-cash-advance. bal.$390. and finally padydayservices. bal. $850. Is there any way out? help.

We can help you here. Please tell us the state you live in, the amounts borrowed, and the amounts paid back. Asre all of your loans internet or are some store front. tell us which are internet and which are store front.

i am currently in new york state. i'm not sure of the amounts i've paid back, because some of them i had paid off and renewed, because i just can't get a head of them. i think i might owe a total of about $2500. and, i am paying over $1400 amonth in payments. they are killing me

Were these loans taken out when you were in new york?
Paydayloans are not legal in New york.I also am in NY. All you are obligated to pay back is the original amount borrowed. That is why we need to see what you borrowed and what you have repaid. We will guide you from there.

I too am in New York State and these people on this forum have been a Godsend for me. I don't lose one minute of sleep about them any more. Just follow the advice you get on here. All will be okay.

OMG you have way overpaid these loans. 6503.00 for a 300.00 loan. Anyway you need to close your checking account asap so that no more money is taken. You owe only 320.00 for payday services. All the others are finished and you are due some pretty large refunds. get that account closed asap and we will then send you a letter that you can send to these crooks. Do not pay another dime. You are done except for 320.00.

kash. . omg is right. This sort of thing really makes my blood boil. How do these PDLer's sleep at night? There should be an uprising in this country over this. If people ONLY knew. . . .

Well, I do believe that through this site we are educationg lots of people. Hopefully the word will get out to more and more people NOT to use payday loans.

so i guess what i have to do first is go into the bank and fill out some ACH form listing the payday loan companies. it's supposed to stop them from taking the money. then maybe i'll be able to close my account. unfortunately it's too late for tomorrow. they are going to take my money. Sad

it realy makes me feel like i'm losing my mind. hopefully i'm headed in the right direction. what if i stop my direct deposit. would that work?

ach form?you go talk to the manager.get your account put on deposits only,or a hard block.these pdl's will debit under diff names,diff amounts,and even submit an electronic check.get that account blocked.
