I am sorry to hear that you have not been satisfied in your interaction with our company. I have reviewed your account and while I stand by the fact that we are not operating illegally in your state I would like to reach an agreement with you. The total amount of payments that we have received on your account is 360.00, and your outstanding balance is 465.00 including late charges and service fees. I am willing to write off the balance on your account which would be in accordance had we had a physical location in your state of Kentucky. This would leave you as having overpaid on your loan 7.05 which I would be happy to refund back into your checking account. I have discounted your balance for the 465.00 and we will wait to hear from you as to how you want your 7.05 refunded. We appreciate your business and hope that this is satisfactory to you.

I am thinking I will write off the overpayment of 97.00 and take this and run. As much as I'd like my refund. I would like them to stop calling me more!!! Any input...I am not good at picking my battles sometimes.

Yea for you Roxy!! I know what you mean, sometimes just them leaving me alone is payment!! If they are willing to send you the seven bucks, let them.!!
Be sure and keep copies of all of this, so the nuts won't come back on you!! Way to go..Karen

I went to click on the yes to accept and a message popped up saying if I accepted this then I acknowledge I am conpletely satisfied with the way the company handled this complaint and the bbb would consider this case resolved. I hated that I had to agree with that. I am not completely satisfied but I am agreeing becuase I do not enjoy the harassment. Oh well... atleast it is one more down and 5 still active and 1 in collections.

Thanks Frog. Thank you to all of you who added your advice. I really appreciate it. I was torn between holding out and letting go. It is a relief to have it over with them. They were really obnoxious. But hey, atleast I still have Tim Atkins.
BTW - Goudah - this was the brick and mortar company.
