And I have yet to hear anything back Confused

Loan Shop sent me a letter saying that I was approved for another loan, but I know that they are just phishing cause I still have an outstanding loan with them Confused

So now I guess I just wait, I get paid again on the 15th, I am anxious to see if any of them debit my acct again

My bank was able to return almost all of the transactions, which is good, I just dont want them to have to do that again.

The AG called and said that she was filing my complaint with ameriloan Very Happy

Good job jaydanielle! Congratulations. Smile If your loans are ipdls, they don't always respond. It takes alot to get a response from them sometimes. My experience was that they just ignored me until they were unable to access anymore of my money! Smile I'm glad your AG is going to file a complaint. The more we report these companies, the better.

This is a email I just got from Loan Shop

Our loan laws are based out of Delaware

And also why the email like that now after you got the funds of $200 in your acct from us we were not illegal then.

Please email as far as what you want to do @ this point because we still need to get back the money we gave you

Thanks

i sent in reply to that another copy of the letter and said that i have already paid back 180 which means that i owe back 20 dollars and that should bring my acct to pid, so email me the address where to send it to

Well, I think you did absolutely the right thing by asking for an address to send a MO to. Smile
