First off we live in Arizona and have 2 loans. One under my husband for 300.00 and one for myself for 400.00. We have only been making the payment for the fees and continuing to extend the loan. WHen the time to extend is up we will pay back the loan and because we are now short on bills nad rent we take out another loan. We are stuck in this rotation and it sucks. This Friday we will both owe on our loand and will not even be able to make the payment for the fees. I believe it is a 60 and 70 dollar amount. We have one extension left but still cannot pay to even extend it. my husbands income has decreased drastically and we have other things that have to be paid for first ( 3 children). I am concerned they will harrass my husbands employer and our references since I have heard of this before. Can we stop them from taking out the payment this friday for the fee's ? I am not sure if I can make payment arrangements with this type of company, cashnetusa online. I want to knwo what I am dealing with and my rights before I call.
thanks,
Jenn

What are the names of the lenders, are they store front or Internet loans?

Click the link below to read your payday loan laws, Arizona requires Internet lenders to be licensed by your state, make sure the lenders you are dealing with are payday lenders and not personal loans or installment loans because the payday loan laws would not apply to them:
