I borrowed $300 from Sandpoint Capital, and have been dinged $90 every two weeks in finance charges. Do those finance charges apply towards the principle balance? So if they have taken out $270 in finance charges, I would only actually owe them $300?

You have been a tremendous help to me and I appreciate your feedback. Thank you!
Yes, you only owe them 30 bucks, I don't care what they say the law is the law and they were stupid enough NOT to follow it. 30 bucks, period!
