Need PayDay Loan Help in Arizona

Like the other people i've been reading about, I'm in the same boat with you. I've got 10 PDL, have emailed PDLAssistance, but have not been able to connect with them yet. They took my whole paycheck this past week, I've got a week and a half to try to do something or they will take all of that one. All of mine are internet PDLs.
What are the laws in AZ? I need help please.
Thanks Di. Sad

Hello huskysgold and welcome to the forum, would you mind listing the following information so we can begin the process of helping you?

-Names of each pdl company.
-How much you borrowed.
-How much you paid so far.

I'm sorry to tell you this, but there is only one sure way to stop the withdrawals, and that is to close your account. If that isn't an option, then tell the bank to put a hard debit block on your account. Before you close your account, read this information at the link below. http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/close-account.html

Please do not let any of these pdl's know you are going to close your account, until AFTER you have done it!

Yes I've already looked into another bank to open another account, don't know what else to do. I'm so worried about this can't sleep, eat, or think straight at work. I have the list of PDLs at home will get them when to you when I get there. In the meantime, I really don't know what all that wording in the "legal" state rev stat mean. Can you explain to me.

Husky, basically we would need the information I requested in order to come up with a figure as to what you owe these pdl's you borrowed from, it very well could be these companies aren't licensed, but in order to know we need the information I posted. Just hang in there, it will work out, and try to calm down, we will help you through this. Smile

Off the top of my head, Ameriloan is not licensed/legal in any state, nor is Little loan shop, I don't think, I'm not sure about the others yet.

I'm pretty sure Payday one is licensed, I've dealt with them before, is it Cashnet or Cashnetusa?

Stickies are at the top of the forums page. I think goudah is around so perhaps he could address the accuracy of using processors in your case.
