Payday lending is legal in the state of Arizona and so you need to check whether the lenders to whom you owe the debt are licensed in the state or not. If they are licensed, you need to pay them the principle amount borrowed as well as the interest and finance charges, else they may sue you and bring judgment against you to recover the debt.
However, if they are illegal, you need to pay them the principle amount borrowed only. For details, you may check the link <a href="http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/illegal-pdl-dealings.html">illegal payday lenders<a>.
